Aimed at discovering, challenging and encouraging mathematically talented young students into performing exceptionally well and showcase their talent. Create the taste for mathematics in students by making mathematics fun.
Classes take place mostly at central areas, which will be communicated to the selected students. The classes are mainly focused on students from Grade 8 to 12, focusing on English and Mathematics, as we understand that once a students is fluent in a language that is used for examining all subjects and also good in terms of their Mathematics, they can really perform fairly well in other subjects. But students also will be legible to request for tutoring classes below for subjects that they find complex.
There also will be extra classes that will be dedicated to students based on one-on-one engagement to assist student to understand concepts at a more personal level. Students will have virtual/online based classes and further more face-to-face based on preference agreed upon
This will be based on a Single Career/Qualification per session where it will be broken down from all levels. For each Session we will have a Student studying towards that field in University and a Professional in the field with adequate experience e.g. Final year LLB Law student will be presenting together with an Advocate, to breakdown and make it clear to students by giving them insight on what to expect at University level which will be presented by the Student and the Professional will the now present when qualified what will be expected of you in the work field so the upcoming students may have clearer vision of all careers and if they would develop interest in the career path or not.
Students who are candidates for higher education deserves to be given the opportunity to at least be provided resources to stand a fair engagement into being part of tertiary level.
Basic computer understanding, online referencing/research, but the main focus will be on basic coding/programming lessons for beginners. We believe that the world has already shifted a chunk of its attention into technology and we want to aid our local community students to be exposed to at least the tip of the iceberg of what Programming/Coding is about and a brief of where Technology is headed with respect to the Fourth Industrial Revolution where man and technology meets. The coding sessions will give student confidence in using a computer and eventually being able to build a code for themselves.
The Club is focused in literature and fuse with the Saturday classes where it will be happening in two Saturdays per Month. This club is dedicated towards children under 12 years old with the aim of promoting fluency and reading to understand
